2012 Luckystone White

Pale lemon with fresh lemon on the nose and soft notes of melon. The 2012 Luckystone White invites with a floral bouquet and a full, rounded mouthfeel, following through to grapefruit citrus and a crisp mineral finish.
The estate grown Riesling was harvested on 10/28/12 and 10/29/12 with a harvest chemistry of 20.5 Brix, a TA of 9.2 g/L, and a pH of 3.15. It was fermented for 17 days with Epernay 2 yeast at a cool temperature of between 61-67 °F.
Pinot Gris was harvested on 09/12/12 with harvest chemistry of 24 Brix, a TA of 6.5 g/L, and a pH of 3.35 and fermented with D47 yeast.
Chardonnay was harvested on 9/20/12 with harvest chemistry of 21.8 Brix, a TA of 7.2 g/L, and a pH of 3.30 and also fermented using D47 yeast.
Gewurztraminer was harvested on 10/01/2012 and 10/03/2012 with a harvest chemistry of 22.8 Brix, a TA of 5.1 g/L, and a pH of 3.53. Fermented cool for 22 days with Epernay 2 yeast.
