2013 Luckystone White

Pale lemon with fresh lemon on the nose and soft notes of melon. The 2013 Luckystone White invites with a floral bouquet and a full, rounded mouthfeel, following through to grapefruit citrus and a crisp mineral finish.
Harvested 2.3 tons of Pinot Gris on 10/02/13 with harvest chemistry of 23.4 Brix, a TA of 7.4 g/L, and a pH of 3.43. Harvested 8.6 tons of Chardonnay on 10/17/13 with harvest chemistry of 20 Brix, a TA of 8.2 g/L, and a pH of 3.4. Harvested 14.0 tons on 11/08/13 with a harvest chemistry of 20.2 Brix, a TA of 7.9 g/L, and a pH of 3.20. Machine-harvested 11.3 tons of Gewurztraminer on 10/24/13. Each wine was processed separately with the final blend assembled in May of 2014. It was heat stabilized and filtered through 2.0 and 0.8 micron pads on 5/15/14 and 06/02/14. At bottling, the wine was sterile filtered through 0.45 micron pads and membrane. 51 ppm free SO2.
452 cases were produced.
