Citrus marinated scallops with micro sorrel, burdock, and togarshi spice - paired with 2015 Dry Riesling

Saffron-Scented Escargot

Imported escargot with saffron butter, fennel, and pistachio sofrito - paired with 2015 Pinot Gris

Stinging Nettle Ravioli

Goat cheese filled ravioli with English peas, tendrils, and preserved egg yolk - paired with 2015 Gamay Noir

Duck Breast

Seared local duck with sprouted French lentils and wine cap mushrooms - paired with 2014 Cabernet Franc

Boneless Lamb Loin

Seared lamb loin with house-made crème fraiche, tangerine lace, and fava beans - paired with 2012 Meritage

NYS Sharp Cheddar and Apple Tarte Tatin

Paired with Ice Apple Wine
