Since we opened in 1997, we have learned a thing or two about growing grapes and making wine. This bimonthly event will include an educational (uphill) walking tour through our vineyard and production facility, followed by a tasting in our Vintage Room, where we will sample library wines alongside small food pairings prepared in-house.

Please note, this experience is for persons over 21 years old, minors are prohibited from attending. Currently, there is no motorized vehicle for this tour. Please be prepared for inclement weather (rain boots, jackets, or umbrellas).

Join us to wine and dine alongside Winemakers Dave Breeden and Perry Hicks of Sheldrake Point Winery with Julia Hoyle and Emily Grazier of Hosmer Winery to celebrate Finger Lakes Wine Month! The 3-course, seasonally driven menu created by Chef Chris Pawlowski highlight wines from each Cayuga Lake winery while showcasing our region’s bounty.

Join us during Finger Lakes Wine Month for an engaging and educational tasting experience at Sheldrake Point. Discover our 2023 Gamay Noir alongside Gamay Noirs from renowned regions around the world. As one of the few Finger Lakes growers of this unique grape, we proudly showcase our wine next to these celebrated regional wines.

Included in the tasting will be a flight of 6 wines (1.5 oz.), a wine tasting notepad, a Sheldrake Point pen, small cheese and charcuterie plates, as well as vegan pairings. Each varietal tasting will feature Sheldrake Point, another Finger Lakes producer, and four other wines from different countries and/or continents.
