Please note: ride-sharing companies do not operate regularly in our area. If you are dropped off, please have a pick-up already scheduled. Dogs are welcome outdoors and at the standing bars on leash. We kindly ask that you pick up after your pet.

Wine Tastings – seated or bar tastings:

Tastings and Point of Flavor Bistro tables is on a walk-in, first-come, first-serve basis.
Wine Club Members may call and reserve tables in the Garden Room for lunch.
Available Daily starting at 11:00AM, ending 15 minutes before closing.
For groups up to 6 people. For groups of more than 6, guests must call the Tasting Room in advance – 607-532-9401 ext. 110.
Choose any 5 wines for your custom flight, $15 per person per flight.
Families with children are welcome, but children must stay with and be supervised by their parents at all times.
We reserve the right to turn away groups without a reservation, visibly intoxicated guests, and those disturbing the environment or safety of our other guests.

the point of flavor bistro:

Open Wednesday Thru Monday starting at 11:00AM in our Garden Room, with the kitchen closing 30 minutes prior to closing.
Dinner menu available 5pm-8pm/Fri-Sun
On kitchen-closed days, À la carte local packaged cheeses, meats, and chips available.
Pair Sheldrake Point estate wines with seasonal light fare, shareable snacks, flatbreads and more.
Menu changes regularly to highlight local ingredients. Certain menu items may only available certain days of the week.
Per the ADA and NYS laws, only task-trained service dogs are permitted in the Bistro area.

For groups of more than 6, guests must call the Tasting Room in advance – 607-532-9401 ext. 110 to ensure we can service your group appropriately.
Enjoy wine by the glass or by the bottle on the lawn, or in the Vintage Room veranda.

Visit By Boat

Our tasting rooms are accessible by water! Visitors to Cayuga Lake with boats up to 35’ in length are welcome to tie up at one of our eight slips. A gravel path will lead you along our 400-foot beach to the tasting room across the street. From the water, look for the farm buildings and small F-shaped dock just south of the point. Note: depth is 5 feet.

Vintage Room

Sheldrake Point Vintage Room

Sheldrake Point Winery is lucky to have one of the most successful library programs in the Finger Lakes. Decades in the making, it contains over 5,000 bottles dating back to the winery’s inception in 1997. Library wines provide reference for both the vineyard and winemaking teams; giving them a sense of how our vineyard is developing and how our wines evolve in the bottle over time.

We created the Vintage Room to showcase a selection of those wines. The cork floor, vaulted trellis across the ceiling (invoking the inside of a barrel), stained glass windows, and stone masonry display the talent and collaboration of several local artisans, transforming a mid-19th century horse barn into an upscale space for experiential wine tasting.

Vintage Room Tastings

We welcome guests to the Vintage Room Friday and Saturday at 11:00AM or 12:30PM seating times. Guests may choose from a list of library wines to taste, accompanied by a sampling of local cheeses to complement the selected wines.

Tastings are $50 per person and are enjoyed inside the Vintage Room. Reservations are available for groups up to 6 people and can be made below. The total is due when making a reservation. Please email events@sheldrakepoint.com with questions.

Please note that we cannot accommodate children or persons under the age of 21 in the Vintage Room.
