Wines are pre-selected for each wine club selection. Members have four weeks to edit or customize their selection. Members can view and edit the selection by logging into their account using the email address associated with their membership. Go to Club Memberships, then Edit Wines. You can also request wines by emailing our Wine Club Manager with your selection choices.

For Devotees and Founders Wine Club members, emails announcing Club selections are available to edit and customize will be sent 4 weeks, 2 weeks and 2 days prior to the selection being processed to the email address members used to sign up. 

For Sheldrake Subscription Wine Club members, emails announcing Club selections are available to edit and customize will be sent 2 weeks and 2 days prior to the selection being processed to the email address members used to sign up.

Members who don’t customize will receive the preselected wines. If you pick up your wines, email our Wine Club Manager to change your selection or ask to exchange the wines when you visit the Tasting Room.

For shipped selections, you must request an exchange of wines before the selection is shipped as to not be charged twice for shipping.

Club selections held for pick-up must be picked up within 4 weeks, after which they will be shipped to the address on file at members’ expense of $20, or free shipping for full cases. The Wine Club Manager will reach out after 3 weeks reminding members who have yet to pick up their selection.

It’s hard to gauge when FedEx may deliver a package, we know. We can always ship your selection to a FedEx Hold Location, where they will hold it for 5 business days, and members can then pick it up when convenient.

On the member Dashboard, click Club Memberships; under Shipping Address click Change. In the pop-up click Change to Pickup or Change to Ship, then Update Membership to save.

By joining, you commit to receiving a years’ worth of Wine Club selections, depending on your Wine Club. Founders must receive 4 Wine Club selections before canceling their membership. Devotees must receive 2 Wine Club selections. Subscription members must receive a years worth of club shipments, this depends on your chosen frequency.

Selections can be skipped by letting the Wine Club Manager know you would not like to receive the upcoming selection, or by selecting “Skip Shipment” on your Club Membership Dashboard when logged in to your account. If two selections are missed or skipped in a row, membership will be automatically canceled.
